Living In Tune: Piano Tuning Rose Winstanley-Trefz, founder of Living In Tune has been tuning pianos since 1976. Rose is currently servicing pianos in the Delaware County, PA. Tuning clients include Swarthmore College, Suburban Music School, Darlington Fine Arts, Rose Tree Park outdoor concerts, Swarthmore and Springfield Music Stores, private homes, etc. Rose Winstanley-Trefz began her career tuning pianos while in the eleventh grade at Waterford Mott High School, in Waterford, Michigan. She was studying with an exceptional choral teacher, Mr. Mel Rookus, who gave a lecture one day on piano tuning. Rose knew at that moment that tuning pianos was what she wanted to do for her career.
